This will be the easiest way for me to show everyone the kinds of training we do to prepare players for the next levels! Players of all ranges can train with us here. Younger players don’t lift with any weights they will spend their first year learning how to do the athletic training so they can prevent injury while doing more complex athletic lifts.

Logan Sewell is working on something extremely hard to change. His load is really holding back what I think is one of the better swings for his age. I say that because of his ability to extend through the baseball. If he could learn to land balanced his swing would quicken, contact would get more consistent, and his view of the baseball would improve slowing the ball down.
